These terms govern your use of shiftcompany.net and the digital experiences provided through it. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Educational purpose
SHIFT content, assessments, dashboards, articles, and downloadable resources are provided for leadership development and educational purposes. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. Assessment results are prompts for reflection and conversation, not diagnoses or guarantees of performance.
Coaching and consulting services
Descriptions on this site are general information. Specific coaching, consulting, workshop, certification, or other paid engagements may be governed by a separate proposal or agreement. If a separate agreement conflicts with these website terms, that agreement controls for the services it covers.
Accounts, links, and team codes
You are responsible for information you submit and for protecting sign-in links, verification codes, team codes, and private results links. Team codes identify an assessment round; they are not account credentials and should be shared only with intended participants.
Respectful and lawful use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, or infringe the rights of SHIFT or others. We may limit access when reasonably necessary to protect participants, organizations, or the service.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, site content, branding, assessment materials, graphics, downloads, and other resources belong to SHIFT or its licensors. Personal, noncommercial use is permitted; copying, republishing, selling, or creating derivative commercial products requires written permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to services or content operated by others. SHIFT is not responsible for their availability, content, or privacy practices.
Disclaimers and limitation
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHIFT does not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular outcome from site content, assessments, or introductions to coaches. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without limiting consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
